Module 1 - User-Centered Design
Breakthrough scientific discovery might happen in moments of brilliant, individual thought and experimentation; innovation, on the other hand, is the application of existing and new science and technology to user problems in specific use cases. Module 2 - Translating Designs into Solutions
In this module, you will begin learning how to systematically translate the gathered user and buyer insights into compelling design. The focus of this module is on development of new products and systems solutions.
Module 3 - External Facing Services and Platform Design
This module continues to explore how user and buyer insights are translated into compelling design. The focus is more specifically on architecture software, services, and platform design.
Module 4 - Making the Business Case and the Pitch
Innovation should be viewed as investments to improve quality, productivity, or asset utilization. That means that healthcare innovators – you – must understand the hospital as a business and strategies for improving its own financial health as an operating entity.
