Bem-vindo! Em nossa primeira semana de aulas, você será introduzido aos seguintes tópicos: (i) primeiros passos para abrir uma startup (CNPJ, PME, contrato societário, LTDA e SA), (ii) contratações e vesting, (iii) tipos de empresa e (iv) acordo de sócios.
