Además, a lo largo del material de estudio encontraremos 3 niveles: básico, intermedio y avanzado y a su vez dentro de estos 3 niveles tendremos 3 categorías, logística, mercadeo y alimentos alergenos. Podremos ver el alcance, necesidades y beneficios del Global Data Model, también, conoceremos el piloto desarrollado en Latinoamérica.
