En esta semana se abordan los aspectos clave que se han de tener en cuenta al inicio del proceso de búsqueda de talento.
Reclutamiento
En esta semana se presentan las claves principales para diseñar un proceso de assesment center.
Entrevista de selección
En esta semana, en primer lugar, se analizarán las ventajas e inconvenientes de la entrevista de selección como predictor de un proceso de selección. En la segunda parte se escogerán tipos de entrevista, de acuerdo a distintos casos y/o situaciones prácticas.
Onboarding
En esta semana se analizarán de forma crítica los modelos de onboarding más utilizados. Además, se evaluarán los pros y contras de cada uno de ellos para distintos tipos de organizaciones.
