De esta manera, podrás establecer la planeación, metas, procesos, identificar los riesgos, optimizar el tiempo y planear de manera colaborativa, tanto para mejorar tu organización o proyecto, como para enfrentar algún problema que requiera del esfuerzo colectivo.
