Te damos la bienvenida al curso de Colaboración Dinámica. En esta primera semana, desarrollaremos conocimientos y habilidades para generar un plan colaborativo, usando dos modelos de planeación. De esta manera, podrás establecer la planeación, metas, procesos, identificar los riesgos, optimizar el tiempo y planear de manera colaborativa, tanto para mejorar tu organización o proyecto, como para enfrentar algún problema que requiera del esfuerzo colectivo.

En esta semana, exploraremos las estrategias de comunicación fundamentales para el trabajo colaborativo, exploraremos las funciones y errores en la comunicación en equipos de trabajo, organizaciones y proyectos; así como estrategias para construir un plan comunicativo basado en la escucha, la conversación y los canales disponibles por las tecnologías de la comunicación.
Liderazgo para la colaboración
En esta semana, queremos que comprendas los diferentes estilos de liderazgo, así como las ventajas que tiene aplicar estrategias de liderazgo adaptativo en las organizaciones, puesto que permiten gestionar el trabajo colaborativo, la comunicación entre participantes y el cumplimiento de las metas de las organizaciones.

En esta semana te queremos presentar un Modelo de trabajo colaborativo, donde podrás aplicar de forma efectiva y contundente las herramientas que ya manejas.
