We talk about mentor meetings, what you can do to enhance them, and communication between the meetings. We wrap-up with ideas on ending the relationship and what to do after the formal mentor meeting. If you implement the tactics from this course, you should avoid some of the common mentoring pains and pitfalls that other mentors/mentees face.
