Inspiring leadership through emotional intelligence is a new way of managing people compare to what we usually follow.

Though I have randomly practised some of the techniques while I manage or coach people, I did not apply it intentionally.This course gives really good fundamental awareness about emotional intelligence and its applications which I can use more inspired way.

I have never regretted enrolling in the Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence course.

Emotional Intelligence has been basterdized on the web and in some books, thanks to the team, this course re position where EI should be : Neuroscience.

The exercises initially focusses on identifying a leader who we have worked with but It should also focus on how am I as a leader, what is my level of emotional intelligence, how do I scale up basis some test etc.

One of the best courses I've ever taken on Emotional Intelligence.

Gave me a new model for thinking about how to think about and apply emotional intelligence.

I went through very interesting theories such as: coaching with compassion, intentional change theory, emotional intelligence.
