Sin ella, las personas no lograrán ser coherentes entre lo que quieren, las acciones que realizan y las metas que esperan alcanzar, por lo tanto, entender el concepto, apropiarlo y ponerlo en práctica requiere de un cambio de pensamiento y una nueva estructura de actuación del individuo.

Habilidades para tener accountability
A partir de este Bit, entenderás y podrás aplicar la filosofía de accountability en tu ámbito profesional y personal, a través de la comprensión de su ciclo y el uso de sus herramientas, para que tengas éxito en cada una de las actividades que desarrolles.
Accountability para equipos
Las compañías cuentan con personal gerencial que no siempre está bien preparado para enfrentar acciones de responsabilidad y cumplimiento. Por esta razón, es fundamental desarrollar en los directivos destrezas ejecutivas (soft-skills) para el desarrollo de sus tareas, como lo es guiar al equipo hacia el logro de resultados, entre lo cual se incluye el fomento de un buen clima laboral y mantener viva la llama de accountability.
¿Para qué gestionar el desempeño?
El trabajo en equipo se nutre de la comunicación permanente y el buen trato, que bien puede resumirse en estímulos y un clima favorable para el aprendizaje. Cuanto más claras sean tus instrucciones y cuanto más sencillos sean tus mensajes, mayor comprensión sobre los objetivos habrá. En este Bit aprenderás los tipos de estímulos que existen y la necesidad que tienen las personas de recibirlos. Observarás, así mismo, el rol que tienen los líderes de las áreas en la gestión del desempeño de los colaboradores.
¿Cómo gestionar el desempeño de manera efectiva?
La gestión del desempeño es un proceso que inicia con la planeación y que se nutre diariamente con la retroalimentación efectuada por los líderes. En este Bit comprenderás cuál es el mejor modelo de estructura periódica para medir y evaluar el desempeño de tus colaboradores.
Herramientas para gestionar el desempeño
Gestionar el desempeño de tu equipo de trabajo debe convertirse en tu objetivo principal como líder. En este Bit estudiarás dos herramientas: la primera te ayudará a dar una retroalimentación efectiva, y la segunda (el modelo STAR) te mostrará cómo evaluar las competencias de los colaboradores en una empresa. Ambas herramientas son de gran utilidad, independientemente de tu rol en la empresa o del número de colaboradores que lideres.
