Facilitar y recibir feedback (o retroalimentación) es una de las responsabilidades más complejas para los líderes. En nuestra continua búsqueda de la mejora en las operaciones diarias y la consecución de objetivos, a veces descuidamos aspectos fundamentales en la comunicación y el intercambio de ideas con nuestro equipo.

La pregunta clave es: ¿Cómo convertir cada intercambio en una oportunidad de crecimiento y avance para la empresa?

Reconocer nuestro estilo de liderazgo según la psicología y fortalecer nuestros puntos fuertes es crucial.
