Nossas boas-vindas ao Curso Construção da Identidade de Líder.

Neste curso, você aprenderá que as pressões sobre o líder na organização contemporânea são inusitadas e exigem uma capacidade de releitura das demandas do contexto e revisão de práticas. Dessa forma, torna-se necessária uma revisão do perfil do líder, visando estabelecer critérios para escolher pessoas na organização e/ou no mercado que assumam posições de liderança, bem como para avaliar e tomar decisões sobre as pessoas que atualmente ocupam posições de liderança em nossas organizações.

Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de

- Aprimorar sua atuação como líder;

- Desenvolver reputação como líder e como gestor.

Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Além dos desafios colocados pelo ambiente pós pandemia existem desafios oriundos das transformações observadas em nossa sociedade, tais como: ciclos de carreira mais curtos, maior longevidade, impacto da inteligência artificial na organização do trabalho, mudança de valores etc. Como identificar e preparar os líderes para lidar com pressões inusitadas em nossas organizações e nos mercados onde atuam.

Evolução do Conceito de Liderança

Apresentação da evolução do conceito de liderança e seus impactos na compreensão do ambiente e exigências contemporâneos. Oferta de parâmetros para que você possa identificar seu estilo de liderança e/ou de seus líderes.

Líder x Gestor

A partir de um determinado momento da evolução do líder é necessário gerir recursos escassos, nesse momento a pessoa passa a ingressar na arena política da organização. A liderança não é mais hierárquica, torna-se uma liderança por influência.

Identificação de Pessoas com Perfil para a Liderança

Um desafio para a organização contemporânea é a definição do perfil do líder que necessita, visando o momento atual e futuro. A partir desse perfil como identificar pessoas capazes de atendê-lo e vocacionadas para a liderança.
