Organizações exponenciais são aquelas organizações disruptivas que demonstram uma capacidade de crescimento que chega a ser dez vezes mais rápida do que a de suas concorrentes por serem inovadoras. Com poucas pessoas e sem a hierarquia tradicional, têm uma velocidade de operação e de crescimento muito mais rápida. Módulo 3 | As Estratégias da Liderança
É papel do líder criar e manter um clima organizacional de engajamento, produtividade e acolhimento entre os liderados. Uma lista de características sempre aparece como resposta à pergunta clássica de quais são as competências da liderança. A maioria dos estudos inclui; visão para o futuro, capacidade de execução, caráter pessoal, ser estrategista, ter capacidade de inovar, de criar equipes de alta performance, de gerenciar projetos, de controlar pessoas, ter bom-senso, inteligência emocional, além de outros fatores.
