Módulo 1 | Qual é o seu Estilo de Liderança?
Desde sempre, especialistas em liderança realizam estudos para tentar determinar estilos determinantes e traços de personalidade, características do líder. No entanto, nenhum desses estudos gerou um estilo e um perfil definitivo do líder ideal. Podemos estabelecer dois extremos dos estilos de liderança, que se diferenciam quanto ao grau de autoridade utilizado pelo líder e ao grau de liberdade disponibilizado para os subordinados na tomada de decisões, criando entre os extremos um “continuum” de estilos, conjunto amplo de comportamentos que o líder pode utilizar na relação com os liderados.

Módulo 2 | Liderança Positiva e Exponencial
Organizações exponenciais são aquelas organizações disruptivas que demonstram uma capacidade de crescimento que chega a ser dez vezes mais rápida do que a de suas concorrentes por serem inovadoras. Com poucas pessoas e sem a hierarquia tradicional, têm uma velocidade de operação e de crescimento muito mais rápida. Elas alcançam esse crescimento exponencial adotando rapidamente novas tecnologias, criando novos modelos organizacionais e criando uma estratégia de inovação coesa.
Módulo 3 | As Estratégias da Liderança
É papel do líder criar e manter um clima organizacional de engajamento, produtividade e acolhimento entre os liderados. Um clima positivo, viabilizado por relacionamentos, comunicação e significados positivos é a chave para o engajamento de equipes de alta performance. Possuir a habilidade de conhecer as competências e o potencial de cada liderado, suas hard e soft skills, é fundamental ao líder da economia digital.
Módulo 4 | As Competências do Líder Digital
Uma lista de características sempre aparece como resposta à pergunta clássica de quais são as competências da liderança. A maioria dos estudos inclui; visão para o futuro, capacidade de execução, caráter pessoal, ser estrategista, ter capacidade de inovar, de criar equipes de alta performance, de gerenciar projetos, de controlar pessoas, ter bom-senso, inteligência emocional, além de outros fatores. Algumas podem ser definidas como hard skills, as de características mais técnicas e operacionais e outras como soft skills, aquelas mais comportamentais e pessoais. Uma liderança eficaz deve reunir as duas qualidades, as duas atuações.
