Akkroo, the London (UK) based SaaS business Andy co-founded in 2012 was creating a new software category. After growing to 50 employees with only minimal external investment, the company was unexpectedly identified for a friendly acquisition by Phoenix based Integrate Inc. In early 2019, Andy and his team were “swallowed alive” when the deal was finalized.
