Su objetivo máximo es garantizar que la organización cuente con las personas adecuadas, en el lugar correcto y en el momento oportuno, para alcanzar los objetivos y lograr el éxito organizacional a largo plazo.

Una gestión efectiva del talento permite a las organizaciones atraer a los profesionales más calificados y retenerlos a largo plazo. Esto es esencial en un contexto competitivo donde el talento es escaso y altamente demandado.
